tomorrow the DIYChurch is officially starting the Neolithikum Berlin.
but what's that ?
Neolithikum Berlin is an ongoing serial fathoming individuals being confronted with the hallway of the DIY Church Home. Some of the projects will be audible and can be heard in our regular show, others are visual & will be exhibited like in a regular gallery.

PROGRAM:

The first show is on
Monday 31. 01. 2011 from 7 - 9 pm (GMT+1) the guest is
Klaas Hübner (matchees)
A young tall tattooed man will perform his composition "Nachtschattengewächs"
On channel A as usual.

The second show is on Tuesday 01.02. 2011 from 11am -1pm (GMT+1)
on ▁▂▃▄▅▆ Room111 ▆▅▄▃▂▁ !!!!! with Floris Vanhoof (Ultraeczema , Kraak)
an unknown friend from the Internet.

CALEUCHE REVENGE º1

According to legend the Caleuche is a large phantom ship sailing the seas around Chiloé at night.

It appears as a beautiful and bright sailing ship, always full of lights and with the sounds of a party onboard,

but quickly disappears again, or hiding navigating underwater.

The myths claim it is crewed by the drowned, who are brought to the ship by three Chilote mythological

figures: two sisters, the sierna chilota (a type of mermaid) and the Pincoya, and their brother the Pincoy.

Once aboard, the dead can resume an existence as if they were alive again.

Diese Ausstellung ist ein Experiment. Wer ist bereit zu geben und wenn ja was? Wer nimmt, wenn auf beiden Seiten Geld keine Frage ist? Keiner weiß was kommt, 6 Tage unter ständiger Veränderung. Zu sehen und zu nehmen gibt es Arbeiten aus dem Studiengang Freie Kunst der Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee. Alles was sich hinein und wieder hinaustragen lässt, engagiert arrangiert. Eine Aktionsausstellung von Studierenden der Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee in der Kaufhalle/Kunsthalle am Hamburger Platz.
